The ultimate oyster master class is back at Fanny Bay Oyster Bar! Sip on a selection of beverage pairings, learn to shuck the perfect oyster, and slurp back our premium oysters with a side of oyster knowledge that will make oyster shucking your new party trick! Located at 762 Cambie Street in downtown Vancouver, the Fanny Bay Oyster Bar is the only tide to table seafood restaurant in Vancouver with our oysters arriving fresh from our own shellfish farms on Vancouver Island. Our expert team of shuckers will teach you all the tips and tricks to shucking the perfect oyster, you'll enjoy a beverage pairing, and some tasty seafood snacks from the kitchen along with a glutony of fresh seasonal oysters. This class is 14 people maximum so you get the best oyster education possible and is hosted in our beautiful private Kelp Room.
