Oyster Stew

Ingredients : 
  • 6 fresh shucked oysters

  • 2 tbs. butter

  • 6 oz half&half cream

  • Salt & white pepper

Directions: 
  1. Melt butter in a shallow pan.

  2. Sauté oysters just until the edge curl.

  3. Slowly add cream and seasonings.

  4. Heat through, but do not boil.

  5. Serve hot. Makes one serving.
