Winemaker's Dinner with Three Sisters Winery

Winemaker Matt Mikulic, from Three Sisters Winery, and Executive Chef Chris Andraza, from the Fanny Bay Oyster Bar, have curated a four-course Winemakers dinner at the Fanny Bay Oyster Bar in downtown Vancouver for the evening of Nov. 15th. The pairing includes incredible Okanagan wines from the award winning Three Sisters Winery, located along the Naramata Bench, with our farm fresh shellfish from Fanny Bay Oysters, from Vancouver Island.
Dinner will start at 7:30pm at the Fanny Bay Oyster Bar, 762 Cambie Street – Vancouver BC.

Chief winemaker, Matt Mikulic, is a viticulturist and winemaker trained in California, Argentina, Australia and his home country Croatia.
Chef Chris Andraza found his love for seafood upon moving to Victoria on Vancouver Island over a decade ago and now has been hand curating seasonal seafood menus for Fanny Bay Oysters for over two years. Always keeping the menu fun and exciting, he also has been recognized for his menu being the most sustainable seafood menu in Vancouver.
