"You’d be hard-pressed to find a Vancouverite who doesn’t love fresh (and most of the time, raw) seafood, and lucky for us, Fanny Bay Oyster Bar & Shellfish Market does it exceptionally well. To celebrate the Lunar New Year, the spot is serving up a cracked and fried whole dungeness crab, complete with scallion-cilantro and stir-fried vegetables and a dash of Chef Tommy's XO-chili sauce, for $80. It can be paired with their special Year of the Dragon cocktail, aptly called The Dragon Hart—their take on an old fashioned, with sesame and five spice flavours."
